Very  nice  room  and  very  nice  breakfast.  Excellent.  Better  lighting  in  room.   

I  am  glad  you  liked  your  room  and  breakfast,  and  I  am  looking  at  ways  to  improve  the  lighting  in  your  room,  such  as  using  a  larger  wattage  low  energy  bulb  for  the  centre  light,  and  free  standing  uplighters,  so  that  you  will  feel  more  at  ease  if  you  stay  again.

We  are  very  happy  with  what  is  provided.  Very  convenient  for  Eastleigh  Railway  Station.  A  welcoming,  well  run  and  clean  guest  house,  with  excellent  breakfasts.

Friendly,  and  helpfull  welcome  from  Nigel.  Clean  and  comfortable  room  ( Number 1). Ample  Breakfast.  Off  road  parking.  A  towel  rail  would  be  handy,  or  some  hooks,  plus  a  shelf  to  put  washbag  on,  otherwise  no  complaints. 

Thank  you  for  your  constructive  comments  regarding  room  number  1.  I  will  put  the  items  you  suggest  in  the  room  as  soon  as  possible,  so  they  will  be  in  the  room  when  you  come  again.
