Here  I  have  included  comments  and  sugestions  made  by  guests  that  have  stayed  at  Homeleigh  and  where  necessary  any  actions  taken  to  improve  Homeleigh's  guest  experience.  I  hope  you  enjoy  reading  them.

Unfortunately Homeleigh is a little small to have a bar, and since the advent of mobile phones the use of the call phone in Homeleigh became less and less, so I did not replace it when the last call phone at Homeleigh stopped working.  I hope this is not to inconvenient.

At the time of stay not all TV's at Homeleigh had remote controls, but I have now fitted a Free View box to each TV, which means that all TV's can now be controlled through the Free View box remote.  I have also introduced indivdual Flora spread portions at breakfast. Thank you for your suggestion regarding facilities to sort out food in the evening, but due to the layout of Homeleigh and the fact the dinning room needs to tidy for early morning breakfast, from 6.30am onwards, such a facility would be difficult to offer, however in the evening I work preparing for the next day and the kitchen is available then by arrangement, so please ask if you would like to prepare food in the evening, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Thank you for your comment regarding the room being warm and no ventilation.  The rooms all have thermostatic control valves on the radiators for guest to control how warm the rooms are, and No 1 like all the other rooms are ventilated by an opening window, which may not have been obvious as the window handle is behind the television.  In the situation described above, as with all guest queries, please ring me as I ask when each guest books in, as a phone call will often resolve the situation, but if nescessary I am only to pleased to visit your room or deal with the situation in any way that is appropriate.  Thank you for your custom and I hope Homeleigh can be of service to you and your party again in the future.
